Flag Football Development Program

Program Information:

The purpose of this program is to allow 5 year olds the chance to learn the game of flag football in a fun & safe environment. The program will focus on basic fundamentals of flag football including taking hand offs, catching, throwing, flag pulling, following basic plays and sportsmanship. 

Age: Open to all 5 year olds (or those turning five this year).

What's Included:

-4 weeks of developmental instruction

-T-shirt

Dates: 7/24 - 8/16

Schedule:

-Wednesday Evenings 6:00 - 7:00pm

-Saturday Mornings 9:00 - 10:00am

-SJ Flag Football Jamboree 8/16 - the opportunity to play in a game and support our Rookie & Junior Flag Football teams as they start the season.
