Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Girls Flag Football Clinic

SAINT JOSEPH ROCKET & FLAG FOOTBALL INC. Refund Policy St Joseph Rocket & Flag Football set the following guidelines on refunds to registration fees for our rocket and flag football programs. As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance before the start of the season. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, full refunds are unlikely. There is a NO REFUND POLICY after the season has started, unless it is an over payment, duplicate payment, or program cancelled by St Joseph Rocket & Flag Football. We will issue a PARTIAL REFUND before the start of the season, typically 50%. Partial refund amount is based on the cost of insurance, uniform or equipment that has been ordered and administrative fees. Upon registering, you initial that you understand these terms. In order to request a refund, an email should be sent to stjoerocketfootball@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the request. After the request has been received our board will review and make a decision on how much of the cost, if any, will be refunded.
